Randall Stone: studio head

Randall has worked with global brands such as Samsung, Hyatt, Starbucks, Disney, and many more to discover new opportunities to established and manage brand identities, engage consumers and uncover additional avenues for growth. He was chief advisor to Hyatt Hotels for a decade, developing five of the hospitality group’s brands including concepts, identity, name, and end-to-end guest experiences. For 13 years was a principal advisor on all aspects of Samsung Electronics brand (including multiple divisions and regions) this worked include extensive development and definition of the brand identity, retail identity, and design identity. Working to elevate the Samsung brand across all customer touchpoints and experiences. 


As Chief Experience Officer and Director of Experience Innovation at Lippincott, he had   global responsibility for creative and design, development of experiential strategies, and development of industry-defining intellectual capital for the firm. Among this was pioneering the sensory branding capability and development of mnemonics, signature scents, and sensory systems. 


Randall’s client list is extensive including: AeroMexico, Audi, Avianca, BMW, Bombardier Business Aircraft, OCEAN for Carnival Corporation, Cathay Pacific, Holland America Cruise Line, The Hub Mall & Xintiandi, Hyatt Hotels, Hyundai Motor Co., EVEN Hotels for IHG, Infiniti, McDonald’s, P.F. Chang’s, Pei Wei, Red Robin, product and retail development for Samsung from 2004-2017, Starbucks, United Airlines, and Walt Disney Co.
